WASPS AND HORNETS

Wasps and hornets build nests in trees, attics and eaves. Catching them early in the season and treating them with Wilson® OneShot® Jet Foam™ Wasp & Hornet Killer, or with Wilson® OneShot® Wasp & Hornet Killer Spray will prevent a lot of grief later in the season. A large nest can contain thousands of wasps. Most of the time, wasps feed on other insects, but as the population of the nest increases, they begin to search for other food sources such as fruits and meats. This is why they become a nuisance and a danger around barbeques, picnics, and other outdoor leisure activities. Unlike bees, wasps can withdraw their stinger and can sting repeatedly. Some people are severely allergic and therefore a wasp sting can be deadly. Regrettably if you cannot see the actual hive, because it is located inside a wall or in the ground, then we strongly recommend contacting an exterminator.

HOUSE FLIES

House flies are those annoying black bugs that make a loud buzzing noise, as they bounce around the room, flying into windows and cupboards. They are attracted to food and breed in decomposing organic material. House flies can carry and spread disease as they transfer bacteria from one source to another. To control them indoors use Wilson® OneShot® House & Indoor Garden Insect Killer, and try hanging a few Wilson® OneShot® Fly ribbons to catch them when you’re not around.
